The new series Kamen Rider Gaim will be premiering soon, October 6th. I don't know what to expect from the series, but it looks very stylish - combining various themes together. Locks are used for Henshin (transformation) devices, with their powers being based on, of all things, fruits. It looks like there are going to be different Kamen Riders, perhaps similar to Kamen Rider Blade. Behind all of this is the Sengoku period, or Warring States Period of Japan.
Like I said, its a lot of disparate elements - but the Kamen Rider series is well known for creating fun, thematic, serial drama series - and I don't expect this new chapter to disappoint.
Here's a description of the show, from Wikipedia:
"In the once bustling city of Zawame (沢芽市 Zawame-shi?), a large company known as the Yggdrasill Corporation setting up shops in the whole city, it now feels like everyone is living in a jōkamachi (城下町?, castle town). To escape this feeling, young people throughout the city have formed dance crews called Beat Riders to bring joy back into their lives. Another rising popularity are the Lockseeds used in the Inves Games involving the conjury of creatures called Inves. Kota Kazuraba, a former member of the dance group Team Gaim who took on a few jobs to find his place in the world, learns that the Inves and the Lockseeds actually originate from another dimension. Using the Sengoku Driver belt, Kota uses the Lockseeds to fight the Inves as Team Gaim's Armored Rider: Kamen Rider Gaim. However, Kota finds himself facing other Armored Riders in what becomes a Kamen Rider warring states period."
